The prices of the Ford Mustang GT and Mustang Dark Horse have been increased by $1,000 to $2,800 depending on the model due to increased demand and a Gas Guzzler Tax (GGT). The Mustang GT with the manual six-speed transmission is now $1,000 more, the Mustang Dark Horse with a six-speed manual (as well as the ten-speed automatic model) had its price increase by $1,300. The largest price increase was for the Dark Horse Premium model — $2,800.
